OUR POLICIES
We kindly request you to go through our policies for the mutual convenience of both sides:
- All services are non-refundable.
- All services are guaranteed. Any unsatisfied services will be redone or corrected free of charge in 7 days (except Regular Polish).
- Your appointments are very valuable to us. They are reserved especially just for you. We respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- You will be fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit.
- If you are coming with kids, we kindly request you to take care of them.
